This live event will show you how you can use your Photoshop and/or Illustrator know-how as a springboard into animating in After Effects. If you (or your students) are already proficient in Photoshop or Illustrator then animating in After Effects isn’t as far off as it seems.


About the presenter

Kevin Lavery was an Art and Media Teacher in Melbourne for nearly 10 years before packing up for life in Brisbane. He is now a Training & Liaison Officer for TAFE Queensland's eLearning Services. Kevin is an Adobe Education Leader and writes a regular column for Screen Education called Sync or Swim which explores emerging technologies and their use in education. In his spare time he animates a single picture of his face again and again and posts the results on Instagram as @kevlavery
